At the end of a busy or tiresome day, we're certain you'd like to destress and decompress into a relaxing and peaceful slumber. And of course, in order to make that possible we've all gotta do a couple of things to help us get into the grove. We went through a couple of studies and found that disturbed sleep can lead to depression as well as cardiovascular disease. Here's our curated list of what you need to help you sleep well, and through the night.
1. A warm bath an hour before bed is key to decompressing especially one that allows for your body to rejuvenate. For a reinvigorating bath, we recommend trying Dr. Teal's Lavender Epsom Salts to help smoothen and ease muscle pains, especially after a long day. 2.
