So we know, that you know, that we're obsessed with blueberries.
And as always, we are looking to create scrumptious yet simple recipes to incorporate them into our diet.
This week, we are making some delicious Powdered Golden Pancakes.

Prep time : 5 minutes
Cook time : 10 minutes
Ingredients :
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1/2 cup of blueberries
Method :
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon powder. Then add the wet ingredients, like oil, the egg and milk and mix well. Finally, rinse the blueberries and add them to your batter.
Heat a lightly buttered frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until golden and serve hot. Top off with some golden syrup and powdered sugar, and additional blueberries if you like.
