Summer Berry Reverie!

Hi there, welcome back to Papillon Care!

We're back in the kitchen and whipping up something oh-so delicious and true to the season. Its our new favorite - Summer Berry Smoothie, which is super simple and easy to make; leaving you undoubtedly refreshed and energized.

Prep & total time : Just 5 minutes!


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of blueberries

  • 1 cup of sliced strawberries

  • 1/2 cup of raspberries

  • 1 and a half cups of milk (of your choice)

  • 1/2 cup of yogurt (you can use greek, vanilla or just the regular kind)

Preparation:


Toss your berries along with the milk and yogurt into the blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with mint and mixed berries and serve right away. You can use these reusable steel straws to sip it up.


We recommend using frozen berries or you can put your berries into a bag and pop them in the freezer for about an hour. You can additionally add chia seeds, mango slices or banana into your blend to make the smoothie more flavorful.
